Merlyn's Catering is committed to serving the finest food for your catering needs.  We have capabilities to prepare and serve your food and beverage at the location of your choosing, tailored to fit your tastes and desires, using as many locally sourced and organic ingredients as possible.

Executive Chef Merlyn Baker has over forty years of food service experience and has prepared food at various locations around the country.  Prior to being the owner/operator of Foley Station in La Grande, Merlyn was executive chef at McCormick and Schmick's Fish House in Beaverton, Oregon and executive chef at Jakes Famous Crawfish in Portland.

We also offer china, cutlery, and glassware rentals, and Chef Merlyn is available for personal chef and cooking classes.
